Chrysler Museum’s Perry Glass Studio Manager and Program Director, Robin Rogers is Visit Norfolk’s Tourism Works Award Winner

NORFOLK, Va., September 5, 2025– The Chrysler Museum of Art is pleased to announce Robin Rogers, Perry Glass Studio manager and program director will be recognized by Visit Norfolk and the Norfolk Tourism Foundation’s as their 2025 Tourism Works Award winner, Thursday, Sept. 18 at the 23rd annual State of Tourism event at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, 235 E. Main St., Norfolk.

“Robin has been an integral part of the Chrysler Museum since 2011, shaping the Perry Glass Studio into a nationally recognized destination for creativity and innovation. From leading a $55 million campaign that tripled the size of the Studio to mentoring a talented team and exhibiting his own award-winning glasswork across the country, Robin exemplifies the spirit of the City of Norfolk’s tourism and hospitality community,” said Sarah Hughes, Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Visit Norfolk.

“Our entire Chrysler Museum staff, board of trustees, and volunteers are elated Robin is receiving this well-deserved recognition. His long-term vision and commitment to the Glass Studio, bringing it to fruition, and making it an artistic and educational destination with international visibility, is no small feat. We celebrate this honor with him,” said Erik Neil, Macon and Joan Brock Director, Chrysler Museum of Art.
