Join the Corporate Giving Program

The Chrysler Museum of Art’s corporate donors enrich the Hampton Roads cultural arts community and support the Museum’s standing as a world-class Museum. The Corporate Giving Program encompasses the Corporate Leadership Alliance (CLA) and corporate sponsors. Donors are recognized for their corporate citizenry because of their investment in the Museum’s operations, educational programs, community outreach, events, and exhibitions.

In appreciation for their philanthropy, we offer recognition designed to meet their business interests, including networking events, employee engagement, public recognition, and special benefits.

Corporate Leadership Alliance (CLA)

CLA donors make an annual contribution of $1,000 to $5,000 in corporate or foundation funds.

Corporate Sponsorship

Corporate sponsors contribute $10,000 or more in support of various programs and events.

Chrysler Museum of Art Impact: FY23

A Center for Learning

  • 7,192 children were enriched through early education programming, school tours, and in K-12 classrooms.
  • 974 local teachers attended free continuing certification classes and curriculum-building workshops.
  • Old Dominion University, Norfolk State University, and Tidewater Community College utilized the Perry Glass Studio as a satellite for students in their art programs.
  • 25 individuals participated in professional development and mentoring through internships and fellowships with our curators, conservator, and through assistantships at the Perry Glass Studio.

A Core Resource for Community Partners

  • Local nonprofit partners bridged connections to art and culture for the populations they serve, elevating programs for: Teens with a Purpose, Hampton Roads Community Action Program, Cohen Military Family Clinic at The Up Center, United Jewish Federation, Asian American Alliance, and many more.
  • Furthered the museum field, culture, and humanities through advocacy and support in partnership with organizations like Virginia Association of Museums and the American Alliance of Museums.
  • Provided a platform where elected officials at the federal, state, and local levels authentically connect with the constituents they serve.

A Cultural Hub

  • 190,045 individuals visited the Chrysler Museum.
  • 13 exhibitions presented works by both world-renowned and emerging artists right here to Hampton Roads.
  • 53,242 individuals worked remotely, attended classes, workshops, lectures, and practiced yoga in our unique, and creative environment.
