Artist Talk: Maizelle on Celebrate Me Home

Celebrate Me Home offers a glimpse of African American history in Norfolk and throughout the south through Maizelle’s vibrant works. The artist will join Kimberli Gant, PhD, the Chrysler’s McKinnon Curator of Modern & Contemporary Art, to share stories of local people and places during a tour of the exhibition. Due to the historic nature of the Willoughby-Baylor House, accessibility is limited.
