Tabitha Thierjung
Adjunct Faculty
A witch from the south, Tabitha Thierjung uses glass as a playful way to dispel preconceived notions of witchcraft. She first saw her mother blowing glass as a teenager. In 2013 she followed suit, taking a glass class at Tidewater Community College. After obtaining her Associate’s in glass, she moved to Tennessee with her now husband to achieve her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Appalachian Center for Craft. Using nature, witchcraft, and spirituality as inspiration, Tabitha is showing others magic through her glasswork.
