Kole Bennett
Staff
From jumping out of airplanes, to being eaten by fire ants, Kole Bennett navigates extremes. From a young age Kole was interested in art, but this fascination only grew stronger during their time in the military, where they often made impermanent works. Interested in the social function of precious materials, they work to blend the boundary between artisan and object. As a queer veteran who grew up in the South, Kole wants to use their voice to shamelessly address capitalism, gender identity and the soullessness of mass-production.
