Runway ready! Gallery Host Brittney Pindell as Michael Goldberg’s Red Sunday Morning in 2016.
As the world entered lockdown in March, the internet was quickly flooded with images of art lovers recreating their favorite works of art sparked by the Instagram account, Tussen Kunst & Quartaine (Between Art and Quarantine). At the Chrysler, these recreations are a Halloween tradition going back over a decade. On Halloween or for multiple days around the holiday, Museum staff dress up as living works of art in our galleries.
This year, we’ll be dressed up Saturday, Oct. 31 from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Enjoy this look back and if you’re able, join us on Saturday at the Museum!
