WarmIt! at the Chrysler
NORFOLK, Va. – (January 2011) – For Art’s Sake, the Chrysler Museum of Art’s hip support group, presents Warm It! at the Chrysler, a weekly concert series every Thursday in February starting February 3. Everyone is invited to fend off the winter blues with great company, great music and great art. This winter’s concert series features Hampton Roads’ favorites including:
February 3: Borderline Crazy
February 10 : Mercy Creek
February 17: The Michael Clark Band
February 24: AltDaily’s Norfology Night with special musical guest Seamonster
Warm It! at the Chrysler includes music and light refreshments from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Chrysler Museum of Art, 245 West Olney Road, Norfolk. Admission is free.
The series is sponsored by Hampton Roads Magazine, Belmont at Freemason Apartment Homes and AltDaily.
For Art’s Sakeis a group of young professionals who have come together to promote and encourage the development and expansion of the cultural mission of the Chrysler Museum of Art. Among other things, the organization hosts the Cool It!series in July and theWarm It!series in February.
