Chrysler Museum Announces CoVa Biz Magazine Next Gen Award Winner, Ariana Torman-Foster

NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 22, 2026) – The Chrysler Museum is delighted to announce Ariana Torman-Foster, digital media coordinator for the Museum will be recognized as a 2026 CoVaBIZ NextGen Award winner, along with a group of her peers on Oct. 27 at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art in Virginia Beach.
The CoVaBIZ NextGen Awards recognize and celebrate the dynamic and successful young professionals aged 20-40 who are making waves and making a difference in our Coastal Virginia community and Ariana fits this description. As a valued member of the Chrysler Museum’s communications team, she serves as its digital media coordinator. Torman-Foster spearheads the Museum’s social media strategy and content production that connects broader audiences with their exhibitions and community initiatives.
Also, Torman-Foster is the founder of Foster Beauty, a creative production agency specializing in fashion show production, talent booking, and content creation serving local businesses, creatives, and organizations across Hampton Roads. A U.S. Navy veteran where she served as mass communications specialist, Ariana realizes the importance of service. In a volunteer capacity, she serves as Arts Connect Virginia vice-president of the board of directors, PR officer of Gen MOCA, and is a member of Downtown Norfolk Council’s Downtown 100 and the Hampton Roads Gen Z Commission.
When asked what fuels her to make a difference in her work with the Museum and in the community, Torman-Foster said, “when I relocated to Coastal Virginia while serving in the Navy during the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew no one. Using the power of social media, I was determined to find my community, even if that meant building one myself. Over the years, my work has connected me with so many talented individuals, established organizations, and friends that I feel blessed to collaborate with.”
Museum director of communications and Torman-Foster’s supervisor, Ashley Grove Mars said of Torman-Foster and her work at the Museum and community involvement, “We’re proud of everything Ariana has accomplished. Her creative ability has helped lift up many organizations in our region. Through her work, she is reaching and educating Museum members and the general community through our social platforms and has helped to inspire and grow our following.”
Hearty congratulations to Ariana Torman-Foster. The Chrysler Museum is grateful to have you on board.
