Should campers bring their own lunch?
Yes, campers should pack lunch and a beverage. There will be breaks allotted for lunch and snacks. We do not have refrigeration capabilities and lunches will be kept in the Education Workshop. A microwave will be available.
What should campers wear?
Making art can be messy, so campers should wear clothes that can get dirty. It can also be cold in the Museum, even during the summer, so make sure to bring a sweatshirt or sweater.
Will participants be able to bring home the artwork they make at the camp?
Absolutely! All artwork will be sent home on the final day of camp. If any objects need extra time to dry, someone will contact you when the art is ready for pick-up.
What are the Chrysler Museum’s COVID-19 protocols?
We are limiting each camp size to 17 participants. All children and adults present must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth while inside of the Museum. Each child will have their own workspace in the Education Workshop that will be 6 feet apart from others to maintain social distancing. Lunch will be eaten outside, weather permitting.
