What time is drop-off and pick-up?
Drop-off begins at 9:45 a.m. at the roundabout at the Chrysler Museum entrance. Pick-up is at 2:30 p.m. for ages 6–8 and 8–10 and 3:30 p.m. for all other ages at the same location. All participants must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized individual age 18 or older.
Should campers bring their own lunch?
Yes, campers should pack lunch and a beverage. There will be breaks allotted for lunch and snacks. We do not have refrigeration capabilities and lunches will be kept in the Education Workshop.
What should campers wear?
Making art can be messy, so campers should wear clothes that can get dirty. It can also be cold in the Museum, even during the summer, so make sure to bring a sweatshirt or sweater.
Will participants be able to bring home the artwork they make at the camp?
Absolutely! All artwork will be sent home on the final day of camp. If any objects need extra time to dry, someone will contact you when the art is ready for pick-up.
What are the Chrysler Museum’s COVID-19 protocols?
We are limiting each camp size to 17 participants. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask. Lunch will be eaten outside, weather permitting. If you’re experiencing any signs of illness, please do not bring your child to Camp Chrysler.
If your child has any medications, allergies, or special needs that you would like to inform us of, please contact mjordan@chrysler.org.
