Before the opening of Thomas Jefferson, Architect: Palladian Models, Democratic Principles, and the Conflict of Ideals this fall, join Museum Director Erik Neil for a day at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and wine tasting at Barboursville Vineyards. Richard Guy Wilson, a noted architectural historian and Commonwealth Professor in Architectural History at the University of Virginia, will also accompany the group to lend his expert insight into the history of Barboursville. The bus trip is open to all Museum Members and guests.
