Ducklings

Saturdays or Sundays

Rolling classes every 15 minutes 10–11:30 a.m. and 1:30–5 p.m.

Ages 5+

Cost: $48 for Museum members, $60 for non-members

Stop by the Studio to make a glass duckling with some of your favorite peeps! Choose from an array of color options to make your object unique. You can also create a blow ornament or a solid, sculpted heart or starfish. With the instructor’s help, apply colorful crushed glass to molten clear glass on a long metal tube and inflate the glass with a special compressed air device. Participants and instructors are required to wear a mask throughout the entire process and hand sanitizer is provided.

Groups should select timeslots that are sequential to avoid overlapping experiences.

Glass objects must cool slowly in a kiln and will be available at a later date. We will contact you when your art is ready for pick-up or shipment.
