Fancy a tipple with your favorite Chrysler curators? Join us for a virtual happy hour inspired by works of art. Local bartender Josh Seaburg will demonstrate how to craft a signature cocktail so you can sip while delving into a work currently on view at the Chrysler Museum, all from the comfort of your home.
Turn your attention to transcontinental connections for our second Curated Cocktails. Seth Feman, Ph.D., Deputy Director for Art & Interpretation and Curator of Photography, will discuss Kwame Brathwaite’s striking photograph Untitled (AJASS Model on Black Background), a celebration of Black beauty and strength. Seaburg’s cocktail will explore cognac’s fascinating history from French elitism to African American culture.
This event is free thanks to support from PNC Bank. Registration is required. The link to the webinar link will be sent on the day of the event.
