Bring nature indoors with a colorful hanging terrarium for an air plant. During this engaging class, meet the Glass Studio team, discover the essential tools of glassblowing, and work with an artist to create your very own terrarium. Choose from an array of colors to make your object unique, then learn to hold and turn a blow pipe while applying glass color. You will inflate the terrarium and watch as an opening is created using a high-temperature torch. Finished objects come with a complimentary air plant.

• Ages 12+
• $64 for Museum members, $80 for non-members
• Glass objects must cool slowly in a kiln and will be available at a later date.
• We will contact you when your art is ready for pickup.
• If needed, we can ship your object for an additional fee.
• Class refunds will only be given if written notice is provided five (5) days before the class. Please email studio@chrysler.org to cancel your registration.
