Crystal Bridges: An American Art Museum for the 21st Century

The collection, compiled by Wal-Mart heiress Alice Walton over the last six years, spans five centuries of American masterworks – from Colonial times to contemporary art created last year. Learn how this exciting institution plans to become America’s next world-class public museum.

ABOUT THE NSA

The Norfolk Society of Arts will be hosting an array of speakers and topics over the course of the year. Each lecture begins at 11 a.m. in the Museum's Kaufman Theatre, following a coffee reception at 10:30 a.m. in Huber Court. The lectures are free, with preferred seating for NSA members.

The Norfolk Society of Arts promotes and enhances the cultural life of the South Hampton Roads community through lectures, special events, and its financial support of the Chrysler Museum.
